Furthermore, the role involves preparing calculations, creating bids (including supplementary proposals), ensuring quality assurance, and executing surveying and measurement services. Candidates must possess successful vocational training in road construction or equivalent qualifications (Technician, Master Craftsman) combined with several years of professional experience in a leadership capacity. Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and proficiency in MS Office are essential for competent interaction with clients and the internal team.
