This role is for an experienced Onsite IT Support Specialist based in Bremen, focusing on providing direct, high-quality technical support within an international working environment, primarily for industrial companies utilizing Managed Services. Day-to-day responsibilities include offering direct end-user support via a TechBar, processing incoming IT support tickets, handling high-priority issues, and delivering 2nd Level Support for both hardware and software. The specialist will manage Onsite Support for Windows Clients, Android devices, networking, and telecommunication systems.
