This role involves working as an Onsite Support Technician in Nuremberg, providing essential First Level Support for a company specializing in infrastructure solutions, service management, and engineering, primarily serving pharmaceutical clients across Europe. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues using a knowledge base, advising users on end-devices and IT processes, and classifying/escalating customer inquiries via phone and the Service Now ticketing tool. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant completed vocational qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics), combined with technical and organizational understanding, and initial experience in IT Support or a Service Desk environment. This position offers varied tasks, a modern work environment where foreign languages are actively used, and the opportunity to work with innovative services and applications, with a strong possibility of permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.

Required Skills
