Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT-savvy and communicative professional to join a market-leading company in IT solutions and service management in Berlin. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Level Support for telecommunications and voice communications systems, managing the vVoIP environment (innjovphone) in collaboration with the client, and handling incident reports. Daily tasks include documenting disturbances, performing hardware rollouts, managing inventory, and supporting client-facing activities within the IT user service department. The ideal candidate possesses a background as an IT Specialist or equivalent qualifications, multiple years of experience in IT support, and knowledge of Cisco VK technology and Microsoft environments, preferably with an MCSA certification.
