Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle support of Windows-based client systems, including performing software rollouts and updates, installing necessary hardware and software, and providing essential First and Second Level Support directly to end-users. A key part of the role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in consultation with users. The ideal candidate will have a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT System Integration Specialist), multi-year professional experience in support and staging, and proficiency in both German and English.
