Job Summary

This role is for an IT Field Service Technician based in Mannheim, focusing on providing essential IT infrastructure support for a specialized and growing IT consulting firm. The technician will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of the PC inventory, including the setup and dismantling of new and used hardware. Key daily tasks involve performing data backups, executing classic IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), and installing operating systems and various applications. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational training in the IT sector, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician, coupled with strong knowledge of hardware, peripheral devices, and standard Microsoft operating systems.
