Job Summary
This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join a specialized IT consulting firm in Mannheim, focusing on second-level support and IT infrastructure management. The Service Technician will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving technical disruptions, coordinating support both remotely and on-site. Key tasks include active participation in IT infrastructure projects, providing robust support for existing and new IT systems, and ensuring the continuous availability and development of customer-specific IT infrastructures. The ideal candidate holds a completed IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and possesses strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Client environments. This position offers good development opportunities, a supportive team environment, and the option for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
