Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Technician in Günzburg, joining a growing IT service provider known for its modern environment and collaborative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive IT support and consulting, managing 1st and 2nd Level support, hardware maintenance, and system optimization. Key daily tasks include analyzing and resolving IT issues, managing asset inventory, and handling employee IT onboarding/offboarding. You will also install various operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android) and manage data backup, recovery, and encryption. The role requires strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, MS Azure, and MS Intune, alongside familiarity with ticketing systems. This is an attractive opportunity offering a permanent contract, individual training, health management benefits, and a competitive salary up to €45,000, with the potential for direct employment after an initial temporary placement.
