Job Summary

This full-time, permanent System Administrator role is critical to supporting and optimizing the IT infrastructure for a leading healthcare provider in Southeast Bavaria. The position focuses heavily on providing 2nd and 3rd Level Support, managing tickets through the IT Helpdesk, and administering key infrastructure components. Day-to-day tasks include configuration and maintenance of Citrix environments, IT security systems (anti-virus and email/web gateways), and Microsoft Exchange Clusters. Furthermore, the administrator will manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and Mobile Device Management using Ivanti for iOS/Android devices. A core responsibility involves optimizing existing IT systems, contributing to IT projects, and maintaining central documentation using tools like Jira, i-doit, and dox.
