Job Summary
This full-time, permanent role seeks an experienced IT professional passionate about infrastructure and modern IT topics to join the IT Services division. The core responsibilities involve professional planning and setup of new IT infrastructure, structural development of existing environments, and general server and network administration. Day-to-day tasks include providing 2nd and 3rd-level support, managing complex Microsoft Server environments (including high availability setups), and administering collaboration tools like Exchange Server and the full Microsoft 365 suite (Azure, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Defender). The administrator will also oversee network infrastructure (Routers, Switches, Loadbalancers) and virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware). The ideal candidate must possess excellent technical knowledge, strong analytical and structured thinking, and a proactive, customer-oriented approach. This position is attractive due to flat hierarchies, modern equipment, opportunities for further training, and the complete absence of on-call or weekend duties.
