Job Summary
Step into the world of innovative IT solutions as an IT Service Technician / Onsite Supporter in Moers, driving digital transformation for an industry leader. This role is crucial for maintaining and supporting end-user IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing end devices—installation, repair, and replacement—providing direct onsite support for both software and hardware issues, and delivering 1st and 2nd level IT support to resolve client problems. You will also assist with occasional projects and rollouts and potentially act as a site representative in Marl and Herne when needed. To succeed, you need a technical education or equivalent professional experience, competence with MS Office and Windows operating systems, professional experience supporting end-users, and proficiency in both German and English.
