Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive project scheduling and monitoring within the process industry, focusing on (petro-)chemical and pharmaceutical plant construction projects. The Plant Construction Scheduler is responsible for creating, updating, and overseeing project and schedule plans from the initial planning phase through execution and commissioning. Key daily activities include progress and resource planning (Plan/Forecast/Actual), coordinating internal departments and external service providers, and reporting project status both internally and externally. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Instrumentation, Control, and Electrical Engineering (IC&E), or is a certified technician, and must possess a minimum of three years of specific professional experience. Proficiency in scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera, along with knowledge of Power BI, PowerQuery, and MS Excel, is essential for developing and monitoring interfaces and reports.
