Job Summary

This role seeks a Senior Business Consultant to join the Professional Services team in Freiburg, focusing on Project Controlling, Field Service, and CRM within the Haufe X360 ERP Cloud solution. The consultant will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of ERP implementation projects by supporting external partners. Key responsibilities include analyzing functional requirements, designing tailored solutions, leading workshops, and translating complex business processes into practical system configurations. You will empower partners to implement the solution independently through coaching, best practices, and reliable second-level support. Furthermore, you will step in to manage specific project modules—including configuration, testing, quality assurance, and Go-Live support—when partners face capacity constraints. Success in this position requires a minimum of three years of experience in ERP implementation, strong skills in requirements management, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.
