Job Summary
This role is ideal for a skilled IT professional who enjoys providing technical support and resolving complex issues for clients in the healthcare IT sector. As an In-House IT Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for customers facing technical challenges with PCs, laptops, printers, and other hardware, as well as software issues across Windows, Linux, and application environments. A key part of the job involves troubleshooting client/server network environments (TCP/IP) and ensuring swift resolution to minimize downtime. You will handle inquiries proactively and escalate complex, extensive disruptions to the Second-Level Support team. This position requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills in German, and the ability to work independently and solution-oriented. The role offers the flexibility of up to 50% remote work and is based in Porta Westfalica, Germany.
