Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional ready to take on a dual role covering both internal operations and field service, specializing in electro-technical systems and security technology. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including hazard detection and security alarms. A key part of the job involves acting as the primary technical contact for high-security clients and internal project management teams, as well as conducting training for colleagues, partners, and customers both nationally and internationally. This position requires strong organizational skills, a team-player mentality, and a willingness to travel (approximately 50% of the time) to ensure market leadership in outdoor pedestrian counting and perimeter protection systems.
