Job Summary

This role seeks a passionate and knowledgeable Master Electrician to lead an electrical team, focusing on the planning, coordination, and supervision of electrical engineering projects within machine and plant environments. Key responsibilities include managing installations, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, conducting fault analysis, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training and developing team members. The first 1-2 years involve extensive field service and assembly work (2 weeks on-site, 1 week home) to familiarize the candidate with customer systems. Essential qualifications include a Master Electrician certification, profound experience in electrical maintenance or project management, and strong leadership and communication skills, coupled with a high willingness to travel and work independently.
