This role is for an engaged and communicative individual to join the leadership team at the Lower Austria (NÖ) Nursing and Care Center Retz, which provides 109 care and nursing places. The Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring appropriate structures and processes, maintaining high-quality outcomes, and continuously developing the modern nursing and care concept. Day-to-day tasks involve taking on responsible leadership duties within the nursing and care sector, upholding the facility's values, and contributing to strategic development. Key qualifications include a completed nursing education, several years of relevant professional experience, and strong social, leadership, and management competencies.
