Job Summary

This Senior Engineering Manager role involves taking a key leadership position in the complete commissioning and outfitting of a new site in Euskirchen, Germany, focusing heavily on the installation of machinery and production systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) strategy, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all production and warehouse facilities. Day-to-day tasks include leading and mentoring the Engineering Team, managing significant CAPEX projects related to automation and optimization, and driving continuous improvement in technical processes.
