This role involves acting as a key internal and external specialist, focusing on the digitalization of processes, particularly through the use of DATEV Online applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and consulting clients on various DATEV solutions (e.g., Unternehmen Online, DATEV-Personal, Meine Steuern), establishing interfaces with client preliminary systems, and managing the planning, execution, and control of client and data transfers. Additionally, you will serve as the internal contact person for colleagues regarding IT-specific questions related to DATEV applications. Key qualifications include a completed specialization as an Assistant for Digitalization and IT Processes or a similar background, such as a Tax Clerk with a strong interest in digitalization. Required Skills
