Job Summary

Join a growing technology company in Dresden and shape the electrical future as an Electrical Engineering Designer specializing in electric motors for E-Mobility. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and design of highly innovative electric motors and associated components, serving clients in aerospace, motorsport, and general industry. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed technical drawings, including tolerances and assembly concepts, and utilizing 3D CAD systems like SolidWorks, sometimes for additive manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with in-house manufacturing, testing facilities, and quality management, while participating in national and international prototype and small-series customer projects, as well as pre-development and research initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, possesses several years of professional experience in design, preferably within electric motors or drive technology, and is proficient in both German (C1) and English.
