Job Summary
This role seeks an engaged and technically proficient Digitalization Manager to strategically advance the digital processes of a non-profit organization focused on social projects. The core responsibilities involve the conception, implementation, and continuous development of software solutions aimed at optimizing internal workflows. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing existing work processes, identifying digitalization potential, steering projects through all phases, coordinating external service providers, and collaborating closely with internal departments. A key focus is ensuring the quality, usability, and sustainability of deployed software while providing documentation and training to end-users. Candidates must bring a completed degree in Digitalization Management or equivalent qualification, coupled with professional experience in software implementation, process modeling, and ideally, agile methodologies. This part-time (30 hours) staff position offers significant creative freedom and responsibility, allowing the successful candidate to strategically drive digital transformation within a professional and appreciative environment.
