The core responsibilities include overseeing and maintaining all technical building systems and ensuring the functionality and safety of the facilities. Day-to-day tasks involve planning, steering, and supervising construction, conversion, and renovation projects, managing maintenance measures, and handling administrative coordination, including invoice review. The ideal candidate is a qualified Master Electrician or Technician with substantial professional experience in building services and facility management, preferably with a background in supervising Technical Building Equipment (TGA) systems and construction projects.
