Job Summary

This is a key leadership role for an experienced Master Electrician to manage and execute electrical engineering projects for a regional craftsmanship company in Buxtehude. The successful candidate will be responsible for the autonomous construction management and control of electrical projects in new and existing buildings, ensuring compliance with schedules, costs, quality, and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks involve leading and coordinating installation teams and subcontractors, technical clarification with clients and other trades, material procurement, and documentation of completed services (VDE, DIN, TAB). This position requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise in electrical systems, and the ability to manage complex technical issues while contributing to the optimization of internal processes and quality standards. The role offers a long-term perspective with significant responsibility and direct communication with management.
