Job Summary
This role involves leading the Building Services and Cleaning team for the largest adult education provider in the Neckar-Alb region, ensuring the reliable operation of all buildings, classrooms, and event spaces. Key responsibilities include the technical and organizational leadership of the team, managing scheduling (early/late shifts, events, holidays), and coordinating both internal procedures and external contractors. The ideal candidate must have a completed technical or trade qualification (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Facility Management) and several years of professional experience in building services, coupled with proven leadership skills. This position requires strong organizational abilities, decision-making capacity, and a service-oriented approach, ensuring operational safety, energy efficiency, and technical support for courses and events.
