The ideal candidate must have a completed technical or trade qualification (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Facility Management) and several years of professional experience in building services, coupled with proven leadership skills. This position requires strong organizational abilities, decision-making capacity, and a service-oriented approach, ensuring operational safety, energy efficiency, and technical support for courses and events.
