Job Summary

This role places you at the intersection of natural science and engineering, driving the development of exciting new technologies for in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) within an interdisciplinary project team. Day-to-day, you will act as the central technical coordinator, ensuring seamless integration between engineering, software, and scientific disciplines from initial concept through to market-ready product. Responsibilities include planning customer workshops, preparing key project milestones, and serving as the vital link between client requirements and technological capabilities. Leveraging your scientific and technical understanding, you will work hands-on with prototypes, develop efficient testing procedures, and troubleshoot complex technical challenges across domains like mechanics, optics, electronics, and liquid handling. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering, possesses strong analytical and communication skills in both German and English, and ideally has initial project management experience, seeking continuous professional development in a collaborative environment.
