Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent position for an IT Support Specialist based in Potsdam, supporting the HMU Health and Medical University. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for all employee IT needs, handling comprehensive first-level user support, and resolving service requests and incidents received via ticketing systems and telephone. Key responsibilities include the setup, installation, and maintenance of IT resources, configuration of Windows clients and associated peripherals, and the documentation of hardware and software assets.
