Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Assistant in Electrical Engineering, supporting the growing electrical department at ZusammenWerk gGmbH, an inclusion company in Diepholz. The position offers an unlimited contract with flexible working hours (19.5 to 39 hours per week). Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with fundamental electrical installations, such as preparing materials and installing simple components like sockets and switches, always working under guidance. A key function involves supporting inspection services, including DGUV V3 and simple panel inspections, which requires preparing checklists, marking test items, and reliably documenting results. You will also contribute to maintenance, ensuring equipment is clean and stored correctly, and strictly adhering to safety and environmental guidelines. The ideal candidate has initial experience in electrical engineering, a basic understanding of electro-technical processes, and demonstrates a careful, responsible, and safety-conscious approach to work.
