The Specialist will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of rota management, including monitoring and evaluating working hours, overtime, and compensatory periods, and making necessary short-term adjustments to schedules. Candidates must possess a completed three-year certified training in the healthcare sector and proven experience utilizing scheduling software, ideally Clinic Planner.
