This role is for a dedicated Electronics or Mechatronics Technician to join the KNAPP Group, a global leader in intelligent automation solutions for logistics and production. Based in Cologne, you will be a key member of the on-site service team, ensuring the reliable operation of complex conveying and storage technology. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs (both electrical and mechanical) in a demanding 3-shift operation, including weekends, focusing on minimizing downtime and optimizing plant performance. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification as an Electronics or Mechatronics Technician and possesses professional experience, ideally within the maintenance sector. Success in this role requires a reliable working style, a proactive approach to troubleshooting, and mandatory proficiency in German to effectively support customer operations and internal teams.
