Job Summary

As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for the comprehensive administration, maintenance, and ongoing development of the company's IT infrastructure. This includes managing client and server systems, central IT components like network and firewall, and various Office applications. A key part of the role involves overseeing the communication infrastructure, from telephone systems to mobile devices, and ensuring the reliable operation of Windows servers, both on-premise and in the cloud. You will provide essential personal and phone support to users, troubleshoot issues, and act as a primary contact for external service providers and software vendors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong IT education, practical experience in IT administration, and expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, alongside excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
