Job Summary

This role involves leading a 6-person team responsible for the technical building management within a established German pharmaceutical company specializing in epilepsy and Parkinson's treatments. The Team Leader will ensure the operational safety and functionality of all building services systems, coordinating technical maintenance, and guaranteeing compliance with all inspection and maintenance deadlines. A core part of the role includes planning and independently executing various projects alongside the team. Candidates should possess a degree in Supply Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a technical qualification as a Master or Technician, coupled with profound experience in cross-trade building technology (HVAC, M&R technology, construction technology). Strong organizational skills, leadership experience, and fluent German proficiency are essential for success in this demanding and autonomous position, which also includes deputizing for the Head of Technology.
