Job Summary
This role requires a highly organized and communicative professional to manage and coordinate all service operations within building services engineering. The Service Manager acts as the central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring smooth information flow and efficient team coordination. Daily tasks include advising technicians on operational matters, planning assignments, and fostering strong teamwork. The manager oversees the entire lifecycle of projects, from preparing quotes and processing orders to post-processing, while strictly monitoring deadlines, quality, and costs. A key responsibility is managing material requirements, organizing procurement to ensure timely availability for ongoing projects, and handling invoice verification and time sheet approval for accurate billing. The ideal candidate holds a technical or commercial qualification, preferably in building services, and possesses strong organizational and problem-solving skills to independently manage technical building operation topics and ensure efficient collaboration with construction companies and service providers.

Experience
