This role involves managing and executing 1st-Level IT Support functions, serving as the primary contact person for customer IT inquiries and technical issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving telephone inquiries and incident reports, collaborating with customers to find solutions using existing documentation, and providing general IT support to colleagues. The ideal candidate should possess a completed technical education or be a suitable career changer, ideally bringing practical experience in an IT Helpdesk or Service Desk environment. Essential technical knowledge includes proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, applications, and services such as Active Directory, Exchange, Skype for Business, Teams, SharePoint, and O365. Strong communication skills, team capability, and a service-oriented mindset are crucial for success in this long-term position with excellent chances for permanent employment near Heilbronn.
