Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Engineering Technician to join a dynamic team in Bremen, focusing on material management and technical support within safety-critical industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the assignment of customs tariff numbers, actively participating in personal certification processes, and collaboratively processing quality reports, including analysis and documentation. A core function involves evaluating suitable replacement solutions for discontinued materials and managing their introduction into devices and components. The technician will independently maintain material master data, ensuring compliance with regulations like REACH and RoHS, and provide advisory support to the development department on basic technical queries and the registration of new materials. The ideal candidate possesses a vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, preferably supplemented by a technician qualification or Bachelor's degree, and exhibits strong organizational skills and familiarity with databases, ideally including SAP.
