Job Summary

This Process Coordinator role, based in Hamburg, involves providing operational and coordinating support for defining and advancing generic, cross-project processes and standards within the Project Management Office (PMO). Day-to-day tasks include analyzing, optimizing, and modeling processes, primarily using ViFlow or comparable software, and facilitating process workshops. The coordinator will also assist in designing and preparing internal process training materials and tailoring project processes to specific requirements, acting as a key interface with the Quality Department. The ideal candidate possesses practical experience in process and project management, is skilled in visualizing and documenting processes, and demonstrates strong analytical, structured working methods, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
