Job Summary

This role centers on the comprehensive management and operation of the company's client infrastructure. The specialist will be responsible for designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining all client systems, with a strong focus on core operational tasks such as deployment, group policy management, software distribution, patch management, client analytics, and security protocols. A significant part of the role involves providing high-level technical support, independently handling incidents, service requests, and problems at the 2nd and 3rd support levels, while ensuring the continuous availability of IT systems. Furthermore, the specialist will evaluate and select new hardware models, test them for corporate deployment, and produce essential system documentation and user manuals. Success in this position requires a formal IT qualification or degree, relevant professional experience, and deep expertise in Microsoft Administration, particularly in client management.
