Job Summary

This role as an IT Systems Engineer involves the comprehensive management and support of server and client systems, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem. Key responsibilities include implementing critical IT infrastructure projects, performing installation and configuration of both hardware and software, and providing expert problem analysis and documentation within customer environments using ticketing systems. You will leverage your expertise in Cloud technologies, specifically Microsoft 365 and Azure, alongside strong knowledge of virtualization, storage, backup, and IT security. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration) or possesses equivalent professional experience. Success requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer orientation, and very good German proficiency to interact effectively with clients and manufacturers and drive technological advancements for various clients.
