Job Summary
This role involves managing and maintaining essential Quality Assurance systems within the pharmaceutical industry. The Quality Control Manager is responsible for handling Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) incidents, managing changes and deviations, and meticulously reviewing testing documentation. Key duties include coordinating root cause investigations for non-conforming results, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and reviewing area-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and validation/qualification documentation. The successful candidate will leverage expert knowledge to support regulatory inspections, customer audits, and internal audits. This position requires a degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy, practical experience in testing active ingredients and/or medicinal products, and strong knowledge of the GMP environment and quality assurance systems. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, precise work ethic are essential.
