Job Summary
This role focuses on providing essential first-level IT support, serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issues originating from the central office and various locations. Key responsibilities include the intake, analysis, and processing of user requests, meticulous logging and classification of fault reports within a dedicated ticketing system, and subsequent escalation when necessary. The specialist will also be responsible for managing the Microsoft Active Directory, installing software on end devices, and performing client troubleshooting. Candidates should possess a background in IT System Integration or Computer Science and bring initial professional experience in IT support and Help Desk functions.
