Job Summary

This role involves driving the technological advancement of complex optical systems and illumination components used in high-performance lenses for the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and refining alignment technologies and processes, including the creation of process metrics and tools for data collection and analysis. Key responsibilities also include integrating these new processes into manufacturing, providing scientific oversight for product launches, and validating development outcomes. The role requires conducting simulations and experiments to budget current and future processes and coordinating development tasks within project teams.
