Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Development Engineer focused on creating innovative sensor concepts for monitoring critical plant parameters—such as pressure, temperature, voltage, and current—within advanced switchgear systems. Key responsibilities include the conception and integration of sensors, designing interfaces to higher-level components (RTUs), developing motor control concepts for switchgear, and planning comprehensive test concepts to validate functional limits. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Measurement Technology, or a related field, and possesses fundamental expertise in sensor technology, signal processing, and medium-voltage technology. While not mandatory, experience with agile development methods, cloud technologies, and data analysis is highly desirable.
