Job Summary

This role involves connecting technology and people by taking responsibility for complex development projects within the automotive industry, working with renowned OEMs and suppliers. The Hardware Developer will focus on the planning, coordination, and execution of validation tests, and the creation and evaluation of requirements specifications. A key part of the job is the hands-on hardware development of circuits and layouts, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and customer specifications. Furthermore, the role includes participation in Design and System FMEAs, risk analyses, and the development of testing concepts in collaboration with adjacent engineering departments. Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and possess knowledge of Requirements Management, Test Management, and Functional Safety, ideally coupled with professional experience in automotive hardware development and testing.
