Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support, acting as a crucial interface between field staff and internal departments. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to diverse hardware (laptops, desktops, iPads, iPhones, printers) and software, including proprietary developments. The specialist will also handle the installation of new hardware/software, manage user accounts in Active Directory, and configure mobile devices (iPhone/iPad) using the MobileIron MDM system. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or equivalent, strong hardware and software knowledge, and initial experience in 1st and 2nd level support.
