Job Summary

This role involves connecting people and technology, focusing on the design and development of electronic assemblies for innovative IT solutions. The Hardware Developer will be responsible for selecting, designing, and developing electronic components, creating circuit diagrams and PCB layouts, and ensuring hardware development meets EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) standards, often utilizing tools like Altium Designer or EAGLE. Key responsibilities also include supporting the planning and development of necessary testing equipment, generating comprehensive technical documentation and test concepts, and engaging in interdisciplinary coordination with relevant technical departments. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, or a related field, coupled with strong knowledge of developing electronic circuits according to EMC requirements. Fluency in German and good English skills are essential for success in this challenging and varied role.
