Job Summary

This hands-on role involves the full lifecycle service of technically demanding machinery, starting with the professional assembly, installation, and subsequent commissioning processes. A core component of the job is ensuring optimal customer service by conducting thorough analyses, rapidly rectifying faults, and executing necessary maintenance and repair tasks. Furthermore, the technician is responsible for providing expert training to customers on the proper operation of the specific machines. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification or advanced certification as a Technician in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with initial practical experience in machine setup and commissioning. Knowledge of control systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics is highly advantageous. Success in this position requires a high degree of commitment, flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel.
