This role is for an experienced IT Service Technician to join a global petrochemical group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support, including remote telephone support, managing service requests according to ITIL guidelines, and performing hardware repairs and maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals. Key responsibilities also include network analysis, software installations, and user account management in Active Directory and Azure AD. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

- Proficient in using diagnostic tools, ticket, and monitoring systems
- Experience working in ITIL-regulated environments
