Project Engineer Heating and Ventilation Technology | Projektingenieur Heizungs- und Lüftungstechnik (m/w/d)

Job Summary
This role involves taking responsibility for the planning and design of heating and ventilation technology systems, adhering strictly to the performance phases outlined in the German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers (HOAI). The Project Engineer will coordinate extensively with subcontractors, the client, and construction management, ensuring projects remain on budget and schedule until final handover, while maintaining strict quality management standards. Key responsibilities also include close collaboration with system planners and coordinating maintenance, repair, inspection, testing, and commissioning of refrigeration, climate control, and ventilation units and systems. Candidates should possess a degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent, along with experience in ventilation and/or climate control technology and familiarity with technical regulations, VOB, and HOAI.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Building or Supply Engineering (Gebäude- oder Versorgungstechnik) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in engineering projects, preferably in shipbuilding or marine technology
- Experience in ventilation and/or climate control technology is advantageous
- Familiarity with technical regulations, VOB, and HOAI
