Job Summary

This role is designed for an experienced and committed professional passionate about the energy transition, taking full responsibility for the planning, development, and implementation of innovative wind energy projects. Day-to-day tasks involve managing the entire development lifecycle, from the initial idea through to final regulatory approval. The Project Developer acts as the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, including municipal representatives, authorities, and cooperation partners. Key responsibilities include rigorous budget monitoring, ensuring timely project realization, and proactive risk identification regarding implementation, scheduling, and costs. A crucial part of the job is identifying, evaluating, and acquiring suitable land for wind park locations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Energy and Environmental Technology or Economics and brings professional experience, ideally in a leadership capacity, along with strong organizational and communication skills. The position offers high flexibility, including options for mobile work up to four days a week, and performance-related bonuses.
