This role, based at the Environmental Protection Office, focuses on specialized technical tasks related to aquatic ecology and flood protection, including the critical implementation of the EU Water Framework Directive. The successful candidate will coordinate and process funding measures for flood protection projects and water development initiatives, and provide expert consultation to local municipalities on hydraulic engineering matters. Key requirements include a degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diplom-Ingenieur) in Civil or Environmental Engineering, or a Technician qualification in Environmental Protection with expertise in water management.
