Job Summary
This role involves overseeing the preparation, support, and management of public law approval and permitting procedures for a major grid expansion project within a leading European transmission system operator. The Permitting Planner will be responsible for creating complete work packages, coordinating internal and external service providers, and managing interfaces with internal departments such as easement and crossing management during the approval phase through to construction. A key aspect of the role is engaging in discussions with authorities, citizens, landowners, and other stakeholders, ensuring the quality of permit documents, and managing ancillary provisions. This position is ideal for someone with a background in environmental engineering or spatial planning, who possesses strong project management skills, and is eager to contribute to significant infrastructure projects in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills
Education
University degree (Uni/FH) in Environmental Studies, Environmental Engineering, Spatial Planning, Geography, or a comparable field of study
Experience
